Mentions the best interests of stakeholders twice which to me translates to Delia is looking after her own interests and not those of the club.

In the decade she's been at Norwich she has turned loans in to shares and built up her holding.

In that time the club debt has more than doubled from ?7m to ?20m and our league position has worsened.

She has basically done what Glazer did to buy Man Utd.
