Why is it that every article on Cullum says he wanted to buy the club for ?20m?

All that was written in the EDP was that he wanted to invest ?20m to buy players. Nothing was said about what he wanted to offer Delia for her shares. Are we to believe that he expected to be given the club for free?

No one really knows anything about his initial offer and they keep picking the ?20m figure to mean anything they fancy.
