Techie Help please

Tried to find the answer in Google but to avail so i thought i would try the real font of all knowledge

Got myself a external usb hard drive and a gender changer that will allow me to connect it to a RJ45 socket

My set up is a BT Home hub hard wired to the main P.C and a network switch hard wired to the Hub with two P.C's and PS3 connected to it
Ive connected the external hard drive to the network switch but how do I see it from any of the P.C's
Can someone help me make it happen in nice easy simple instructions

The main P.C is running vista the other two XP
