What I am bored about isn't that it might happen, but that it is all happening quite too

professionally, with no really good Real Madrid-sized lies over who we will buy if he comes in, no rumours about a Bentley with registration plate ACU 11UM outside Delia's, no sightings of David Noojunt and Ched Evans being seen dining with the Turners, etc.

It's just going to happen, or it isn't and the in-between bit is boring.

That's what I mean. Of course I hope it does happen! It's just that everything's already been said so there's nothing to gossip about!
