iPhone 3G & GPS...

The on-board GPS is A-GPS (assisted GPS) which is far superior to standard GPS (although most are A-GPS these days). TomTom are creating an iPhone version which is meant to be available for purchase through the Apple Store for launch on Friday.

There is free software available for it. Not sure how good it is though:
