EDP Understand Andrew Turner acting a go between..... that's good news

Could mean a few things so i'll have a stab @ some wild speculation

He may have been a plant for some time ?, if so could explain Delias reluctance to engage perhaps feeling a little peeved

Either way if he is acting for "both" parties he certainly wont stand in the way of a deal and acting as the mediator will increase the chances of a satisfactory outcome

No talks yet but for me this is a great step forward and I'm more confident a deal could happen
