After half a dozen reads, I think it means (although it's still nonsence... "Past, Present and Future. Entangling one from the other (as Cullum circles) is a big ask".
I don't understand why anything needs entangling whilst Cullum circles... as he would provide a clean start, a new chapter, a fresh era etc etc if he struck a deal. History would be, er... history.
