What's to say Cullum agrees to the 20m deal, then turns round and says "I'll invest 4m a year on players for the next 5 years", he'll then claim he technically wasn't lying, and he's sat in the hot of a relatively well run club he's acquired from being the man that's got him to being worth 1.7bn

I know a millionaire in york who went to jail for 3 months because he wouldn't pay his 60k tax bill. It's a mentality people have. It doesn't matter if the 60k is pennies, it's how they've made so much money
I'm not saying cullum will be like that, but in and around these "he's a great businessman", there is something to think about that isn't all rosy
