Do you really, really think that?

Do you really think he doesn't know what he's letting himself in for? He may be a rich, smug, scum-bag, Capitalist who needs to be strung up from the nearest lampost come the Revolution; but I don't think he's naive about running a football club.

Does he have the club's best interests at heart? That's harder to guage. I'd say the indications are positive given his upbringing in Norfolk and his life-long fandom.

How will he structure his investment? That question is wide open at the moment and requires scrutiny when (if?) we know more.
