Changes to message board

I've been making some changes to the message board to optimise the code so the site runs more efficiently during busy periods.

The main difference you'll notice is that each page will display a whole days worth of posts and not just the latest 50 threads.

For the time being I have removed the filtering options but these will return in the next few days once I have finished integrating them with the new code.

A quirk of the new board is that no posts will currently be displayed on the first page until a post is added for the current day, although I am working on a fix for this.
