EDP headlines.

Couldn't help but notice the headline on the flysheet at my local newsagent the other day. CITY SIGN STAR DEFENDER. Ok, so the boy Bertrand isn't a bad player and is technically Premiership but is he really a STAR? Forty odd appearances for struggling Championship and League one sides to show for your career so far does not make a STAR in my opinion. I don't recall the same hyped up headlines when we signed the likes of Paul Heckingbottom who, if were honest, had a lot more experience. Admittedly, he was crap though. EDP, stop advertising misleading headlines to fans with very little hope to cling to that we might, one day actually make a genuine STAR signing!
