Here's an idea re control of the club

DS and MJW give shares to a supporters group, PC matches the value in cash so that the fans group holds 51% of the shares and becomes the majority shareholder a la Barcelona. Then brand "Delia" and the finances of PC can ensure the club remains viable and moves forward. Simplistic or what?
