Where in the canaries are you thinking? Tenerife or Lanzarote? I have a couple of good contacts through a friend at Casco Antiguo (one of my kit suppliers). They can recommend a centre or two on each island. I just spoke to my mate Xevi and said i'll give him a call once i'd messaged you.
