Seriously though, I'm sure you've seen the cars

on the M62 with Manc, Preston or Leeds registrations. They are most definately not short of cash oop there. In fact they generally have more spare which is one reason I'm moving oop there.
Still, keep up the propoganda and stop a mass exodus from the "oh so marvellous south"
