the rest of the offer is right for the club. Can't help being suspicious of someone who wants to take over the club for ?5 million plus more to come later. The loan with AXa is at present on very favouable terms to the club. Such terms no longer available evn to billionaires & he says he isn't paying off the debt, so surely we would be paying more interest on that. Club is being urged to compromise..has Cullen? or is it the same offer.
Can only go on what is in the biased EDP but I haven't seen any concrete proposals so far
