In our defence

1) This guy was sitting at the bar and was served 5 cups of coffee. He was served with his drinks within 2 minutes of ordering them. He walked off after he'd finished his 5th cup saying he needed to go to the cash machine and didn't come back.

2) As it is Regatta week, we are charging ?3 for a bottle of coke (yes, it's a rip off). This woman ordered a coke without bothering to look at the price on the menu went ape s**t when she discovered what the price was on the bill. She refused to pay that much because she was a local and the manager decided to charge her ?2.
