Did I dream or was it reported

that if Cullum had ?20m to invest the board would use it to clear debts rather than buy players? If that's the case then surely buying better players and getting us to the play-offs at least will reduce our debts...AND CHEER AN EVER INCREASING GROUP OF PISSED OFF SUPPORTERS UP!!
