but nearly. On the plus side Roeder seems intent on booting out the deadwood, and he also has a realistic view of our academy products. I can't see it lasting long if he stays. What worries me is that he may well end up feeling thwarted like Rioch and just go.

As for Cullen - who knows? He seems to have succeeded by acquiring rather than building - but he's got money and no-one else seems to have.
