according to my "source" we were never interested in Ameobi but Roeder had made a bid for Riordan and is confident we will get him. Also we are going to be bringing in a big forward from Bulgaria called something like "Spaffchackski" on a season loan. Gibbs will be back on loan and apparently Brennan has recommended a defender called Todd Spoof from the Los Alomos Explosion - Gunny has seen him and he is coming over for a trial.
