from what I remember

With listed shares, there is a published current share price which is determined by what folks are currently selling and buying for. The shares are worth what people are willing to pay for them.

The NCFC shares are not listed on any exchange - so it's difficult to say what they are worth. The documentation that came with them said that anyone wishing to sell shares should contact an approved accountant who would be willing to put them in contact with any prospective buyers and to agree a price.

So - not helping at all - the shares are worth as much as you can get for them.....?30, ?25, ?10 - it's all speculation. You agree the price with the buyer and that's their value.
