from his remarks and his past actions that Cullum wants to take control of the club but doesnt want to run it.
He has said he wants Delia and MWJ to stay.

Obviously he wants them to keep a minority stake in the club.

The irony is that if PC takes us into the prem their minority stake could be worth MORE than their majority stake as of right now with all our debt.
