exactly in the champs is going to have a 10 million+ transfer budget?

Realistically GRs budget this year is probably 3 million tops.

As we have seen there is very little between the top clubs and the bottom clubs in this division.

Its that little bit of extra quality and squad depth that takes you over that edge.

10 million buys you that quality IMHO.
