About the need to buy 100 per cent of the outstanding shares: I may be wrong but once Cullum gets 75% of NCFC (Delia & MWJ plus another 10 per cent from somewhere else like Jimmy Jones or Archant) then I believe he would be able to take the company back into private ownership.

At this point (a la Man Utd) shareholders who didn't sell to Cullum would hold totally worthless bits of paper.
If you ask 10,000 NCFC shareholders if they would like some cash for their soon-to-be worthless bits of paper then I would think that a lot of them would want the cash.
