the idiot I was speaking to at Rail Europe on the phone earlier.
I was booking some tickets and I was asked to read out the name of one of the places I am going to, Lausanne.
When I got to the letter "s", the idiot asked me about 4 times "is that s for sugar" or, and I can't remember exactly what he said, but it was something like this: "(insert letter of alphabet bet here) for (insert letter of alphabet bet here)". I repeated to him at least four times the letter "s" clearly enough for him to understand and I kept getting the same response.
In short, that guy was a f**king clueless moron and shouldn't be working in a position like that if he can't understand clear explanations he was receiving down the phone. In fact, the same applies to the other cretins I spoke to there before hanging up because they appeared to have little idea about what they were doing.
Useless c**ts.
Rant Over.
