combine the two say if we were going to go under tomorrow, and the land is worth millions if only to build houses on it

Thinking about what's there (ie a restaurant, a football stadium, training complex, hotel etc), I would like to think we're easily worth ?40m buy out, then the money for the team

To think someone could come along, raise ?20m to buy us out, then sell our ground to the council for say ?20m, then sell our training complex off for ?10m and have us rent somewhere else, then they resign and run off with the difference

Considering Delia has put a lot of her money in and hasn't done that, makes me more happy with the "better the devil you know" thought process

I don't know anything about Cullum, I can only watch what has happened to other clubs be slightly concerned
