Cullum's Offer

It rather seems to me like he's come in with a cheeky offer for control of the club in the hope he can get it on the cheap if he promises to invest money.

His initial offer was clearly knocked back and now he wants to use the media to put pressure in the board.

The interesting thing for me is Delia came out just a couple of days ago claiming they don't like to announce investment in the club but hinted there could be some coming.

Given that Cullum has come out and said exactly how much he wants to make available to the manager it would seem to me like he is reacting to Delia's hints.

It's complete speculation but it does look as if Cullum wants the club on the cheap and is just reacting to hints of possible fresh investment from a third party.
