Ok maybe I am but then i guess the question is

how much the creation of the new share capital will detract from the value of Delia and MWJ's current shareholding. Must be some loss of value from losing control and thats the deal that rpesumably needs to be done?

Either way unforgiveable not to at least have held talks over the last few months.
