Well, he's not the best.

Occasionally tactically bizarre, lets players go very very easily (although we never know the whole story), and makes some, ahem, interesting signings. Oh and there was the whole Holt and Helveg situations which were s**tter than s**t.

But on the whole, I think he does OK.

He's learning.
