Off the top of my head the answer is it's not outlandish

I don't have my copy of the accounts to hand but I think the value of the club was just over ?20 million so another ?20 million coming in might or might not be enough for control. Which presumably is where the argument is.

One thing I do think is that the club's view of the worth of it's property holdings seems to have been wrong in the past.
