Sorry did not realise we are in a position to turn our nose up at ?20 million!

Of course they will need to have discussions with him to satisfy themselves that he has a strategy for these types of things but he is a hugely successful businessman and I would be utterly amazed if he didn't. At the end of the day though the club would be in the same position that it is now but with a wealthier owner and ?20m to spend on the team. Unless he's a complete and utter a**ehole (and everything I've seen suggests that is clearly not the case) then I fail to see how this "takeoever" could be bad for the club.

My main gripe is that they have not spoken to him in 6 months when they knew he was out there with this offer.
