The BBC had that during the '06 World Cup. You could choose between BBC1 commentary, Five

Live (as you can with the BBC games during these championships) or stadium noise only. I don't know why they've dropped that option between the '06 tournament and now - it was the only way I got through the world cup without kicking my TV to f**k.
