at the Menzies hotel

we'd both sort of ruled it out before actually going to look at the place, after all, who the hell wants to get married in Bar Hill?

but it really is a much nicer hotel than i had originally thought and they were really very helpful and accomodating

the golf course provided a beautiful setting for the photos too

i'll admit i was disappointed with the bedrooms (we had what was laughably described as a suite) but all the public areas were of a much higher standard
