Backing up Delia's comments today, I heard via a very good

source at the beginning of the month that we have £10m to spend. £6m is coming from the club, plus £2m a piece from Smith and the Turners.

Only time will tell if its true, but as I say, from a very good source. Might also explain why we are continuously being linked to Ameobi for around £3m (even if we only pay £2m or so upfront, we would still to budget paying for the rest), plus we would be needing at minimum another 7 players, let alone the loan players when the season gets in full swing.
