I think

that carbs and foods with carbs in are addictive, and you are starving yourself of em for long periods, aswell not realising the side effects of being off them (ie tired and lazy) so when you eat carbs you get a boost as well as the things you've missed, so you over do it on them

When I came off in march I ate tonnes of food day in day out till july, I was really scared to get on the scales cos I was seriously pigging out and not doing any exercise. I was pretty chuffed I'd only put 10lbs on, was a bit surprised

I've done loads of my own faddy diets in the past and have always come back off and been heavier than I was after a binge, I know what im like (did a soup diet for a while once, boredom always sets in though)

I like this one though, and am determind not to lapse again :)
