HELP!!

I can't log in to the Wrath at all when I use my comp at home (I'm at the library at the mo pretending to work!) Have e-mailed Ben a couple of times (thanks for your help mate) and cookies seem to be enabled on my laptop. Have also tried re-registering but when I go to type in my pin number it just goes back to the registration screen

Any ideas?
