Does anyone know how much an agent picks up on a transfer and from a player in general?

Realise it is obviously depends on the situation but in general I guess (but with no foundation)...Damo will get 10% of the transfer fee - lets say it is 1.5MM so he gets 150 K

I would then guess the agent gets 10% of that so he gets 15K or am being completely naive?

Plus 10% of Damos future earnings - so lets say he is 10K a week for 3 years, that is if I have done my maths right 156K for the agent

Plus 10% of any settlement Damo may squeeze out of Norwich - his so called loyalty bonus they were going on about - two seasons work,maybe 50K so 5K for the agent

So the agent might conceivably get in total 176K!!

If true, I'm in completely the wrong job - how difficult can it be to be an agent?
