That's what I thunked. My wife thinks differently,

claims her sister's husband is my brother-in-law.

(actually, claims that her sister's finace will be my brother-in-law, but lets not split hairs)

I countered with, yeah, but, if my wife's sister's husband is my brother-in-law, does it not follow that my wife's sister's husband's sister is my sister-in-law, and her husband? How far can it go?
