What you do is, you make a few small incisions in the joint of gammon and push some whole black peppercorns in, then you mix some Colman's (natch) English (natch) mustard with some pineapple juice, straight from the pineapple and smear it on, whack the f**ker in the oven, a hundred and eighty degrees.
Fucking nice.
And then any you don't eat can go in sandwiches the next day.
