He hasn't exactly gone about it in the right way.

But then when the sarcasm flies from Roeder success follows it.. as his remarks about Karen Brady concluded the full time signing of Martin Taylor? And his comments about Cureton after his hat trick set him firing on all cylinders... didn't they?
