Ah good thinking. The wife (i'm still lovin saying that) has just suggested

I have a morrisons beef dinner tonight, which I think I will.
Very chavy meal, but I'm still not adjusted back to having to cook our own meals again yet, so I'm going for something easy I can jsut stick in the oven!
