Well the classic is that right now...

...I can't reply or write any mails at the mo cos it keeps telling me my session has expired (I'm accessing it thru webmail as I'm at work)..

Also, it doesn't like certain multiple file attachments and bundles them up into something that nothing seems to open...

Their helpdesk often gives s**te advice, they seem more interested in flogging broadband than fixing the problem...

And finally, I'm led to believe that it takes over your computer...aside from all of that, I love 'em...
