I can't see it happening.

It was only a short while ago that the "New Stadium" jutting out into Portsmouth Harbour was all over the front page of the local papers down here.

They also bought the goods yard next to Fratton Park years ago with the intention of moving the ground 90 degrees to facilitate new stands.
That never happened either.

However.
If they do build a new Diving school. I'll have a brand spanking new place to work in.
