If you slow it down you can say it was a shot, not a pass, and Poleinho wasn't interfering in play for the shot, then the deflection would mean he couldn't be offside.

But then you could be realistic and say that it happened so quickly that the only reason we know it was a deflection was from the slow-mo replay, so it should have been ruled offside anyway.
