If FIFA ruled in Blackpool's favour last August could they not get a bl**dy move on in determining the fee.

In any event if they have determined he is a blackpool player then presumably blackpool are entitled to sell him. What payments subsequently pass between Blackpool and Livingston are irrelevant so far as any deal with us is concerned.
