Have I missed something? but is this all being dragged out because there seems to be a dispute over what Blackpool owe Livingston?
Livi want £250k and Blackpool only want to pay £75k...so why dont we just pay an extra £175k before someone like QPR/Scum/Derby etc step in and do it.
