Nobody is saying Roeder is a bad manager but as has been said above by Brandonio he thought we were safe and started messing about with the team which (along with the ridiculous Spain trip - another Roeder error in my opinion) contributed to us being sucked back into the relegation scrap. Overall he did very well in keeping us up but he certainly made mistakes.

The Hucks backlash started at Leicester where he was left out of the squad entirely and Roeder played that complete and utter waste of space James Henry. Hucks was our best player once he got back in the team and got his fitness levels back.
