Roeder had done miracles, everything looked rosy. Some uber-optimists were even talking of the play-offs.

Then we get in load of loan players from Prem reserves, play them (whether because we had to under the terms of the loans or not, we play them), and suddenly go back to being s**t.

I have to say that it has made my faith in GR wobble a bit
