RE Centre Backs, Left wingers and Strikers - dreadful

With Right midfield being poor and central midfield solid if not spectacular

1 left back solid if not spectacular, 1 right back great attacking shocking defensively

So given the money Roeder as a good manager should be able to pick up some good players and rectify the situation.

The great loanees and 13 game unbeaton run before he started the tinkering shows he has it in him. But can he stop his tinkering??
