Basically how I read it is...

....it's a start-up so you need not start whining when we give you stuff to do which is absolutely not in the job description. You should pretend you enjoy it and rally the troops who are, quite frankly, starting to dissent.

Don't try to do things properly or think about consequences / future opportunities - we want quick-fixes and we want them yesterday, no arguing.
