I use Gmail – and get my mails from the www.

I find it much easier but’s that probably much help to you. Sorry.

When I moved my ISP from Freeuk to Sky a while ago, I had a complete mare setting it all up in Outlook, so I gave up. A few days later after a great deal of swearing at my pc, I managed to get Outlook express done (which Mrs KC uses). We do have an pc, bought in 2002 which probably has a very old version of Office in which may didn’t help.
